Home 2 Taiwan 與高雄醫學大學（KMU）、菲律賓大學空中大學（UPOU），以及逐漸擴大的台菲合作夥伴網絡共同推動，致力形塑一個以人為本、永續發展為核心的支持系統，協助在臺菲律賓移工與學生獲得更完善的教育資源與跨境學習機會。
本影響力報告彙整了在國際大學社會責任（iUSR）架構下，透過教育合作、跨國連結與社區共創所累積的成果，呈現台菲雙方在人才培育、國際合作與在地行動上的共同努力與具體影響。

Before joining the training, I struggled with language barriers and felt isolated. Now, I confidently communicate at work and have built friendships that make Taiwan feel like a second home. The skills I gained opened new opportunities I never imagined.
The digital skills course transformed how I approach my job. I can now handle tasks more efficiently and even help my colleagues with technology. This program gave me tools to grow professionally and personally.
