Home 2 Taiwan invites institutional partners to enhance cross-border education, community programs, and migrant empowerment. Universities, companies, government units, foundations, and NGOs can collaborate to create lasting impacts for Filipino migrants and students in Taiwan. Through joint programs, resource support, and coordinated advocacy, institutions are vital in fostering an environment where learning, dignity, and community development prosper.

Universities & Academic Institutions

Partner with us to co-develop courses, exchange programs, collaborative teaching, or research initiatives related to migration, digital learning, community empowerment, and cross-border talent circulation.

For Individuals

Home 2 Taiwan welcomes individuals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Whether you are a professional, a student, an educator, or a creative, your involvement strengthens our programs and the communities we serve. Below are the roles available for individual contributors.

Teachers & Facilitators

Ideal for: Educators, OFW alumni, UPOU learners, community leaders

Focus: Community engagement and learner support


Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating MOOC study groups (online or in-person)
  • Translating sessions between English, Filipino, and Mandarin
  • Leading onboarding sessions for new learners or volunteers
  • Hosting reflection or well-being check-ins
  • Mentoring OFWs preparing for reintegration or business planning


This role suits individuals passionate about teaching, coaching, and supporting migrant learners.

Student Interns

Ideal for: University students (especially from UPOU, KMU, and partner institutions)

Duration: 2–3 months (part-time, remote or hybrid)

Focus: Operations, documentation, research support


Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in MOOC rollout, event preparation, registration, and coordination
  • Organizing feedback from migrant learners and transcribing reflection notes
  • Drafting communication materials such as reports, social posts, or newsletters
  • Supporting monitoring and evaluation tasks (donations, disbursement tracking, M&E data)
  • Shadowing partnership or donor meetings for learning exposure


This role is ideal for students looking for real-world experience in education, migration studies, community development, or nonprofit operations.

Storytellers

Ideal for: Professionals and young leaders

Duration: 3–6 months (with possible incentives)

Focus: Core operations and cross-group coordination


Responsibilities include:

  • Handling logistics for training cohorts, donation drives, or employer meetings
  • Writing case reports, progress summaries, and impact narratives
  • Assisting with internal communications and scheduling
  • Training or mentoring future interns and short-term volunteers


This role is suited for individuals seeking deeper field experience in migrant empowerment, cross-border collaboration, or community program management.
