International University Social Responsibility

iUSR is a framework initiated by Kaohsiung Medical University to expand university social responsibility from local communities into international collaboration. It aims to connect higher education institutions, researchers, and community partners to create meaningful, human–centered impact across borders. Through iUSR, KMU works with universities in the Philippines and other regions to co–develop programs in education, community empowerment, cultural exchange, and sustainable development.
